The Underlying common form is: Energy.  You are an energy field always exists, moving in & out of form - cannot be created or destroyed.

We are Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience - essentially small energy fields (us) operating in a large energy field (our Universe.)

We exists now in the form of a body.  Our challenge is to not let that distract us from who we are, where we come from & why we are here.  We are created from an abundant source of everlasting, free-flowing energy.  Our mission as eternal beings is to develop & share our gifts & graces with one another encouraging our own evolution.
