Cassie Jarrett

"Cassie creates such a safe and supportive environment that I am enjoying resuming my yoga practice after a 3 year lay-off! She encourages us to tune into our bodies and be grateful for where we are instead of comparing ourselves with others. Her class welcomes and accommodates all levels of practice. Cassie's yoga class is a perfect addition to my spiritual practice, my body and soul sings 'thank you' after each class!" Suzanne Musa
